1. Pick your top user story.

Make sure it expresses a clear and singular problem to solve.(not a solution)

  1. Collaborate to find the simplest and easiest possible solution to the problem identified in the user story. (Can be incomplete)

  2. Analyze the accepted "simplest" solution as a team, and try to make it twice simpler. (Be minimalistic)

Document examples as specifications.

  1. Pair up to code the solution.

Make it testable for the rest of the team as soon as possible.
Use examples to create automated tests for easy refactoring.

  1. Address any integration or functional issues quickly. (Ci/Cd and test suites helps a lot)

Once resolved, ship the feature to production and move on to the next task.
