Over years of collaboration and setting up agile with software teams, I've come to understand these obvious yet challenging transformations from scrum:

  1. Pointing fingers because the framework was misunderstood -> optimizing an agreed-upon process takes us a step closer to establishing reliable communication -> simplifying or even eliminating processes once their essence becomes an integral part of the culture and the established way to collaborate.

  2. Daily scrum -> daily meeting -> direct message:

While the framework is great for building habits, you only need to communicate when necessary, in a direct and straightforward manner.
Team members should always be available to each other.

  1. Individual responsibility -> shared responsibility within a defined perimeter -> acting as a single collaborative unit.

💡Scrum is not making you agile; it's about how smoothly and easily your team collaborates.
