They seek for experts but IMO the wrong expert…

😈I believe a recruiter should be a SW expert to embrace the difference. They often have a wrong perception and focus on fallacies.

💡10 years of experience isn't one year repeated ten times.
It's a decade of learning, evolving, and true engineering.
