🚀 Four Key Points That Differentiate a High-Performing Team

We can talk about craft, ci/cd pipelines and automations, practices and tech culture …etc
all that is essential but is not my top 4 🤓.

Here are my top 4:

  1. They deeply analyze complexity, which happens in conversations rather than in the code.

  2. They expose and test architecture choices to ensure future adaptability, also through conversation rather than code.

  3. They co-create a solution that can be iteratively developed by focusing on what matters first and providing value from the very first step. They discard waste and push away complexities with unclear value, all through conversations before coding.

  4. After coding their first chunk, they immediately search for feedback and evaluate the impact of their effort, questioning what they should do next. This evaluation takes place a few days after coding, possibly from day one.

A high-performing team is data-driven, continuously eliminates waste, and succeeds thanks to their communication skills and expertise mix.

💡Remember: think twice, code once!
