If devA needs an information from devB or understand a decision from ManagerX or want to talk to PoY or anyone in the organization, I believe he should only need to push a message to get a first answer.

Start by communicating,
if it needs a workshop, schedule one.
If you identify a need to meet with more Poeple to find a solution for some important problem schedule a meeting.
The order here is very important as it eliminates lots of waste and improves significantly the productivity.

A team need to eliminate the chain of commands and taking decisions (I call it team agreements) for a law.

There should be only one rule: do the job right in a way that makes sens for everyone.

We should be opened to discuss as it may help us to fail faster!
